I’d heard it all before but it took some time for me to realize it That you’re the one who can’t make sense of the world no matter how you slice it One and one makes two and two and one makes three, but not in your world… You expect me to believe that all that lives and breathes just sprung up on its own? You’re out of your mind! Only the strong survive, there’s no use for you…lies Keep the fit alive, to the rest it’s the noose for you My neighbor has more worth than a pig or many birds, but not in your world… You expect me to believe that he’s the same as a chimpanzee? Climbing in the trees foraging for its food That’s a joke and make believe It doesn’t help that you don’t read That the truth will set you free! I’d heard it all before but it took some time for me to realize it That you’re the one who can’t make sense of the world no matter how you slice it Only the strong survive, there’s no use for you Keep the fit alive, to the rest it’s the noose for you You! Can’t take any more lives, spread any more lies You! Your waltz is not the one to follow Love your neighbor as yourself

Down from the mountain your servant brought your law Carrying the words you had spoken that caused the radiance of his face to shine upon them all Afraid to gaze upon him your servant veiled his face until he went to meet with You again He lay prostrate in awe forty days and forty nights Supplications for them all were made upon the mountaintop to heal them all from the mountain Down from the mountain your servant brought your law Carrying the words you had spoken You smashed the calf and made it fall You made the people drink what was broken The line was drawn and Moses called Then those who’s hearts were faithful and broken crossed the line with swords drawn The Law was right The Lord is right

Yeah, If you really want to know I had a heart full of addictions And I don’t have to list them all to understand the state of my affliction in fools shoes and fixing to lose my soul and my life in that direction Do you really want to go to the place of fire and brimstone? I cried out to the risen Lord Who took the addictions in my heart of stone Confessed my sins to the risen Lord He took my affliction and gave me a new heart of flesh Yeah, If you really want to know I had a heart full of afflictions And I really didn’t know or understand the depths of my addiction I was a fool who knew the rules but ignored the sign of my destruction, until He gave me rest Saved me from death Made me new Yeah, do you really want to know what turned my heart from stone to a flesh one? It was the Lord who taught me how to understand the depths of His affection I gave my heart to the risen Lord

Final Hymn 03:26
It feels safe until the wrath of God bursts the sky in flames and the One who sits upon the Throne will stand on the final day Those who mocked will have to give an answer to the King of Glory when He comes home Fear the day when the Lamb of God will open all the graves When the angel with trumpet call will shout, “He’s on His way” Those who mocked are headed for disaster They’ll face the King of Glory when He comes home Nowhere to run from the wrath that’s on it’s way Nowhere to hide or escape on judgement day Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide Can’t escape or wait to talk to the Lord on some other day Nowhere to run and hide the wrath of God has come the Lamb of God has come
